bad trani noise

I have a 325is and when i take off or switch gears, it sounds like something is shaking until i get on the gas. I dont know if its the mount or some thing shaking in the trani, there's nothing loose or hanging that could be hitting anything. Dose this sound like anything you guys have heard before or any ideas of what it could be.

Jack it up and get under and look at the mounts and see if anything is hitting it.
