Installing E30 M3 5 lug hubs on all 4 corners? How? Source?

Ok I am looking at buying some AC Schnitzer Type 1 3 pcs replica wheels 17x8 ET39

They will fit the M3 E30 , but not the 4 lug x 100 E30. So my question is -

How hard is it to convert to the 5 lug hubs from an M3 or aftermarket source so that I can run the 5 lug AC Schnitzer Type 1 3 pcs replica wheels 17x8 ET39

Any help with finding the part numbers and a source would be much appreciated. Any DIY web links are always good..,

FYI et39 wheels will sit along way inside the guards with E30 M3 5lug setup, perfect for E36 5lug though!! (or spacers)
With the E30 M3 5lug setup you will want ~et22!!
