Can i still use this harness?

I am swapping a m50 into my 5-speed e30. But the car with the m50 is automatic. Can i still use the harness/ecu from the m50 into my e30?

there will be a few extra wires but you can use it with no ill effect. There is a 24v swap section of this forum with tons of information, please read for a few hours and if you still have questions post em up or PM me
