Runs like crap just off idle, to about 1500

I really need some ideas. I have access to the diagonostics tool and no codes coem up.

Below 1500 the engine is shit and about like 3 grand it is shit.

It sounds like it is getting way too much gas.

HELP!

Also at WOT the engine really will not go, but at like 75% throttle it smoothly goes up, but it goes from a little bit of power to feeling like 500 horses as the rpms rise.

do you hav a vacume leak? also could be an injector or your fuel pump, or your MAF check to see whether the MAF is sticking or not and clean it while its out. it could be adjusting itself wrong but i doubt that. if you have acces to diagnostic tools then you should have access to somthing that you can measure fuel presure with measure your fuel presure and see if its high enough. take out your injectors to see if they all spray even but before you have to do all of this, take out your spark plugs. if they're grey that cylinder is running lean, if they'e black its running rich, if they're brownish collor they are running with the correct fuel/air mixture.
