    Problems over the weekend

I just removed my stereo and sold it. Well when I went to run to the store I noticed my windows wouldnt work, my sunroof does but my windows wont budge, is this from not having a stereo? I tied disconnecting my battery and reconnecting it, somebody told me to try this and this caused another problem. I had the battery disconnected for a few days while out of town and now when I go to start my car I get a loud hour/siren the siren is coming from the horn by the fuse box tracing it on a wiring diagram i still cant figure out where it is coming from. The siren is an unbearably loud pitch, i dont know what it is but I cant connect the positive cable on my battery without the horn/siren going off so i disconnected the horn for now but I dont know what it is. If you could please tell me any words of advice I would greatly appreciate it. :( 84' 325e
    Thanks

Did you try reseting the circuit breaker on your window circuit?

Actually, I think it's above the radio next to the hazard switch. You might have inadvertantly pulled a wire off of it when you removed the radio or bumped it and turned it off or tripped it...Just my .02.

On some cars the window breaker may be on the shift console? Not sure. Check your owners manual.

The alarm control may be under the the knee bolter under the steering wheel. You may be able to disconnect it there. Did you know you had an a larm system on the car that still worked? Do you have the remote? I found mine accidentally one day and just disconnected it. Never a problem since then.
