What makes you want to change injector seals?
It depends on what engine you are working on?
I put injectors and new seals on my m20 2.7 I6, in about an hour.
It's a little tricky getting the fuel rail out, and you should have a pick set to unclip all the electrical connectors. Also you will want to relieve the fuel pressure before you disconnect any lines or you will probably get sprayed in the face, lol. You can start up the car and pull out the fuel pump relay, and the motor should shut off in a few seconds when fuel pressure gets low.
You will also want to lube up the new seals to ease installation, if you don't you will most likely tear them and have to redo the job. Use a little oil on each one.
Put it all back together, pressurize the system and check for leaks.
