Rear Shock Nut/bolt size

Hi Gruppe,

Well i bought a set of rear bilstein sports for my car. It came with the RSM attached and i removed it.
While undoing the nut, the treads on the shock was a little boogered up.

Anyone know what tread size the rear shock is?

So i can get a tap and die set with this size to clean up the treads?

why dont you just take it back and get new ones? if not go to lordco they'll set you up. or canadian tire.

i believe its m10x1.5

it shouldn't be an odd size, so just about any tap and die set should have what you need.
