Fog lights wont come on?

My fog lights wont turn on. I need a list of things to check to make sure its all working properly. Only thing I can think of is checking fuse, and the connections on both lights, and the connections on the buttons. Is there anything between somewhere that I need to check? Or is that all?

well... lol, I just went and checked around. Relay clicks, fuses arent blown, and at each plug at the fog lights it reads 11.88v with the switch "on". So... it must be the fog light bulbs correct? Are the foglights sealed or can I just swap bulbs?

Swap 'em. They're not sealed.

I'm gonna go get some new bulbs tomorrow I think and try puttin em in tomorrow night or Tuesday. Dunno if I'll have time with V-day bein tomorrow and all :( I'm guessing its the bulbs though, since I have power at the plugs on the lights.
