Thermostat stuck?

Just finish replacing all the hoses underneath the intake, now trying to bleed the system but no coolant seems to bypass the radiator hoses (remains cold when I have heater on). I am under the assumption that the thermostat is stuck closed? I may have reverse the coolant temp sensors connected to the block but even then, coolant should flow correct?

Any help greatly appreciated, need the vehicle running asap.

Could be your bypass valve is open and not letting the full flow of coolant into your heater core.
