Help is needed, engine does not start

If any one could help me I would greatly appreciate it. I was driving to work and my cars rpm just droped to 0 and i didnt not feel the car turn off, but i turned the ignition off to turn it back on, but when i did so the car would not crank or anythingg. I got the car towed home and got the battery tested and it works fine, then my and my buddy pulled the starter out, which was a pita, and i took it to autozone and they benched tested it and told me it was fine. Everytime i turn the ignition on the car does not crank or anything, it just makes light sound 3-4 click sound ,like cliiiiiiick click click click then it stops , i put a video here on youtube so you can here the sound, it is very light but you can hear it at 0:21 and 0:27, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Bad body or motor ground is what I would look at first.

The first check would be to see that the battery connections are clean and tight. The next checks would be to see that the connections at the starter, the ground strap from the engine to frame (near the alternator), and the connections at the power block on the firewall are good.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

          once again, Jim nailed it.

Big power connections are easy to check: they can be eyeballed. Look for broken wires or corrosion...you want a nice clean connection and healthy fat wire...plus all of the connections must be tight!
