Hey all, i'm still a bit new to the car and have yet to figure out some wiring problems. 91 late-model 318i with full OBC conversion (previous owner was Zoso). I've been carrying out some maintenance on the car (spark plug/compression check etc) and parting out my early model. However somewhere in-between the OBC no longer works, light bar illuminates, but no text. Most recently when i've started the motor, the tach is completely dead. Not only that, the gauge cluster lights no longer light up when the light switch is turned on.
As i only entered the bmw world in february, and haven't really been able to pick through this car's ins and outs...i've no clue where to begin. I've been reading the writeup on the Full OBC conversion but am not sure what to make of it.

I don't drive the car due to brake issues, but was planning to do an M50 swap. It would be nice to have a functioning gauge cluster, and OBC. I'd hate to sacrifice the OBC after Zoso put so much time into the conversion.
