Heater Core water drain

I had a heater core leak but I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so I decided to pull my carpet and while doing so I cut through the water drain hose (like a dumbass) on the passenger side of the heater core. I can't seem to find it on realoem, bmwfans, or pelican. Does anyone know where I can find a new hose??
