Water wetter can't hurt, extra cooling capacity for when you need it.

If I have no overheating problems, watter wetter would be pointless for me correct? Just curious because I'm flushing my coolant tomorrow, just wondering if I should consider it.

I'm running on distilled water until I find all my coolant leaks. I just got another 3.5 gallons (like $3) in preparation for pulling my radiator. When I'm satisfied that it's leak-free I'll probably put some good coolant and some water wetter in there.

Blue BMW Coolant plus Redline Water Wetter= run cooler. I get BMW coolant for free so can't say i pony up extra dough. Redline Water Wetter i pay full pop.

I don't bother with it, no benefit over other more readily available options.

Do you use BMW oil too?

The price delta is too small to worry about. I use it.

I used BMW coolant on the x3. Damage is already done on th e30, maybe when I do the M30 swap, I'll switch to BMW.
It sure was pretty to see that clean blue coolant when I did the water pump/thermostat last week.

yeah full of oxide hehe, thats why on street cars we put a bit coolant in there to stop the rust from forming.
