    Windshield Wiper Problem

My wipers turn on and go to the left but then get stuck on the way back down. If I give them a push they will go, but continuously get stuck in the same position. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I had a problem like this and it was my motor. My wipers would get stuck at the end and would go back down by themselves on the first speed but they would get stuck for a couple seconds in the process.

Yup, this was on my todo list for my last car and I kept putting it off. Here is the writeup I was going to use.

Seems straightforward enough, I just imagine some scrapped knuckles and bit of swearing is required.

That's a great write up. The Bently says you need to take the blower motor off and the top of the HVAC, but it's great to read a write up that sneaks around it.
