Windshield wiper motor not getting power.

I had pulled out my windshield wiper motor awhile back and when I reinstalled it one of the wires got caught under the motor causing a short. It blew about 3 fuses then stopped blowing fuses before I pulled it out and found out what the issue was.

I bought another motor off a guy on the forums here and it does nothing just as my old one did. Doesn't even spin. Fuses are not blowing anymore is there some relay that controls the wipers that may have burnt out or another fuse not in the fuse block that I should be looking for?

There is an electronic module that controls the wiper motor. I suspect that yours got fried when the short occurred.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Where is it and what does it look like? I have an 86 325e.
