    89 325is door

    ive noticed that when i drive on the highway i with my windows up my right side drivers window makes noise like air is coming in, but when it rains water doesnt get inside my car. how can i fix this?

      i think they seem fine i dont get how water cant get in if air doesnt ill be posting pics soon

        well lets see; air is thinner then water so yeah! air can get through. lol. my buddy's vw has a draft on the pass side door-no water gets in when raining.

        take your car through a car wash and then test your theory. :-)

          It is very possible to have an air leak in the door or window seals that makes noise yet doesn't result in water entering the car. Since the youngest E30 is close to 20 years old it is a safe bet that the seals need replacement. But take a good look at the fit of the door to the body. If the car has been in an accident there's the possibility of distortion of the door or improper alignment.
          The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
