horrible, squealing, notchy steering turn lock to lock....help!

    Hey all,
So the caliper on passenger side came off while on fwy. Car pulled hard to the right and wheel locked up on the caliper. fixed/replaced calip, rotors, strut, everything. Car drives now.
The only thing is the car squeals bad and the steering is very clunky. For instance, when I turn the wheel full lock left/right it 'clunks' like a stop in the wheel every rotation as I turn it.
Only play I saw under the car was a torn tie rod boot on the passenger side. Plenty of powersteering fluid. What could it possibly be?
    Thanks guys.
I would like to be able to attend bimmerfest this weekend. Help please

Oh yeah, I took it for a spin after I redid the suspension and brakes. There is a shuddering or vibration that feels like its in the middle of the front under the engine. It shakes harder and louder as speed increases. I didn't take it faster than 25 mph.

You may have bent you tie rod upon caliper lock up. The notchiness might also be the steering nuckle. Lubricate this with penetrating fluid and just rotate the wheel left to right ti'll the grabbing releases. if it still persists; I think your tie rod might be bend. Did you check the wheel for lost balance weights?

Cool, I will defenitely lube it up some, I think cause the tie rod boot was ripped it dried up. How do I check wheel balance weight?

Given the symptoms, I'd be shocked if it wasn't bent tie rod, the wheel weight wouldn't make the steering rack feel notchy, but I can see how a bent tie rod would.

I tried adjusting the passenger tie rod after. It matches up and bolts in ok. I thought the violent right jerk pull of thwheel would yank the tierod off canter. I really hope its just a bent tie rod and not the freaking steering rack!

So I jacked up the car today and had my gf turn the wheel. Everything feels right. I'm pretty sure thisisnt right though, if the wheel is turned to the driver side the wheel turns out extra far, farther than the passenger side is turned. So both wheels each way at full lock are not on even parallel degrees, one is turned out farther.
Sorry for no pics, I'm on my blackberry as our laptop took a drink of wine the other day.

Still trying to figure it out.......anymore suggestsions?
The car is squealing horribly as I turn it. Mainly when the car is turned on. But the powersteering reservoir is full.

The wheels are supposed to do this, it's to compensate for the different sized circles the inner and outer wheels make when turning.
