ok so i get in my car yesterday and go about my usual driving. turn on the left signal light and notice that both my signal lights came on (as if i had my hazards on). then i tried the right and the same thing happened. not only this, but i finally got out of the car and looked at it from behind when im driving. and when the parking lights are on, the left parking light and the right signal light are lit up. when i hit the brakes the brakes come on normally. unless the signal lights are on, then the park light signal light and brake light blink sequentially on the right side, (like a mustang) wtf is going on with my taillights? do i need a new module of some type or what

Start by replacing the turn signal stalk. Is there an aftermarket alarm system installed on your car? Does it looked like its installed half-assed?
Also, if its a problem that started recently, have you done anything to alter the lights to work improperly?

my guess is the stalk as well. sometimes it doesnt automatically click back and also my wiper stalk only works when i jiggle the cruise control stalk. i figure that could be my problem is both stalks are bad. guess ill be doing a 13 buttom obc swap since i hav to replace it anyway.
the only mod of done to the lights is a indy fog light mod. i dont see how that would affect the rear lights at all though, i took it off to see if there was a difference but there isnt.Originally posted by Lof8Comment
