    No Horn?

To save myself some time, I had a mechanic friend of mine replace my turn signal / high-beam switch. After he worked on it, my horn no longer works. He claims he couldn't figure out how to plug it back in after removing the steering wheel.

I've got an older 3-spoke sport wheel. I had assumed there was just a wire to plug in when installing the wheel. I popped it off, and to my surprise there were no disconnected wires. What do I need to do to fix this?

there should be a connector that plugs into the center cap/button. there is also another ground wire and IIRC it shares the same ground point as the stock, maybe it slipped off and was forgotten?

I don't see any connectors going to the wheel. It's an M-Tech 1, with a horn button at the end of each of the 3 spokes.

After reading my Bentley, I'm thinking that maybe he might've severed a wire or disconnected something in the steering column. It doesn't say anything about a connector to the wheel. Think it's worth doing exploratory steering column surgery, or should I jump right to the electrical tests for the horn relay as outlined in the book?

I don't recall any wires on an MTech1, the wiper ring is integral.

He did screw something up in the column. You might wanna use the ETM to troubleshoot this problem.
