Well, hello there.. its been a while since last time I posted anything mainly because i had nothing to say and if i had a question i didnt ask due to SEARCH button lol!
However, had issues on Under-idling(900->500rpm or less) and Loss of Power..
Ive been reading that this is a comon problem on E30s and that alot of people are having nightmares finding out what it is! After searching blah blah i coulndt really find anything that has exact same car behavior as mine! So i basically did everything that relates to the issue: ICV, Leaks, O2, MAF, Filters etc..
Scenarios:
-Car Starts just fine Hot/Cold
-When warmed up the car would start to choke(if you will) and eventually cut off! When Restarted Engine Light comes up and continues on choking! First I thought it was an fuel delivery problem but I have a somewhat new fuel filter on it and also didnt make sense because car operates normal when cold!
- When Driving the car there would be major loss of power and sudden jump/acceleration when pressing pedal, basically not drivable!
Solution: You can search for possible issues and start of checking for the cheapest solutions first, vacuum leak, filters, sensors etc..
My solution was cleaning MAF, ICV, Leaks (no leaks) and replaced O2 Sensor! (No Codes) =DDD
I just thought to share my accomplishment because it may be helpful to many others! I strongly suggest you replace Fuel Filter if its old or you not knowing last time it was replaced.
