What does the "Bumper Mounting Kit" include?

For which bumpers? If you're talking about the euro chrome ones, the front bumper mounting kit includes all of the hardware for the front bumpers.

Found this thread which lists the parts inside the kit:

However, it doesn't say whether it includes the brackets that attach to the body.
