    automatic transmission fluid

I 'm swapping my tranny to another auto since mine died.
I will replace filter , gasket rear seal.I want to know a good trans fluid alternative to the expensive redline ,amsoil .
I know it will need 8 quarts tranny.
and also 2 quarts diff 3.73 from a 1987 convert.
    My car is a 1988 e30 325 eta stroker.
    Thanks for advice.

I'm sure its good but i think its so expensive i'm buying the tranny for less than what amsoil or redline would cost me.
        they are around 10.50
        and other products 2.97-4.00 x8
        thats 90.00 vrs 25.00
I don't think it makes the difference between a working and non working trans
the dexron III what brand ?is one better than the other?
