The wipers work fine normally (i.e. moving the stalk up), but when I try to mist, they don't move and nothing sprays out. Is there a fuse or connection somewhere that might be busted?

On my vert the pump and wiper stalk were both bad (replaced) and the lines were clogged. After taking care of those things everything worked.
If you're not getting 12 volts at the washer pump terminals when the wiper stalk is pulled in then you have some electrical things to work out first. Not sure which fuse controls the wipers...but there aren't that many to begin with, so check to see if any are blown.sigpic
