VE BINS, AFR BINS table ANYone?

Hey, I have finally got my 2002 on the road, and slowly been tuning it, and im not really that good at it. I uploaded a screenshot of my second gear pull.

anyone have a screenshot of their VE tables in VOLTS and IN AFR ratios?

    thanks!

    for boosted applications too.

Looks like you have a charging problem or a power/ground issue to the controller.
Also looks like your TPS may need calibration?
Looks like you are almost maxing your injectors, what boost are you aiming for?

Id like to run 15lbs of boost, then 20 in the near future, once I get a better grasp of everything. I didnt floor it all the way, cause sometimes when I give it 100% throttle, Ill get like Backfires, or some explosions coming out of the exhaust at higher RPMS, and it feels like a little jolt, or hesitation, which isnt shown on the graph

Not sure on your motor setup but I would resist full load runs until you have it tuned, a couple hard runs with detonation or backfires at high loads can do lots of damage fast.

I would start by getting solid power to it as it is an electronic device and depends on stable power. If your batt voltage is down you could be loosing spark and the reason for backfires. If you have a DMM you should check if it is a battery issue or wiring issue.

As far as upping the boost your injectors are already at 85% duty but you are running overly rich so they are about right for your current boost and will need larger ones with more boost.

          Good plan man,

how do you think I should set up my AFR TARGets for partial throttle ETC....
ill start looking for new injectors now.... !

How would you recommend tackling the battery issue?

I would take a multi meter and check the battery car not running(should be 12ish), start the car(shouldn't dip below 10ish) and check running and with a slight rev and see that the voltage is somewhere around 13ish or so volts. If those look good start checking the power(+ & -) at the controller.

here is a good read on AFR tuning

I want to tune both spark and Fuel, but already been warned about cross posting, so ill just do fuel for now.

I have a turbo bmw 2002 1.8L wiht about 8.7 compression up to 15 lbs of boost, but mostly been tuning lately daily driving conditions. looking for a little bit more low end torque for daily duty.

MS extra wiht high Res code 10.

I have a good basic spark map, but dont know how to take it, because I have straightpipes from the turbo so I cant hear any pinging, so I thought Id keep it relatively safe with this spark map for now.

as for fuel I thought my bins were okay.

Im getting some popping, and loud bangs from the exhaust with hard throttle, , and popping on decel. no backfires though the intake though
