    Horn not working after turn signal stalk install

    I just installed a new/old turn signal stalk there was one brown/yellow wire unused...not sure if that was the reason but hooked it up to the former blue connector in the harness...NG...the horn still does not work..the Haynes manual does not cover this circuit in the book.....

    ANyone have a clue?...

          probably dropped a ground wire on the bottom screw and missed it on hookup
