My blower motor doesn't work and my ac button doesn't turn my aux fan on

So here is my problem and I'm at a loss with it after looking over my Bentley and all my wires for 2 hours plus. I just did a 5 speed swap in to my 89 325i and I pulled the engine to do and I got everything in and got it running after having a ground problem witch is fixed now. But now my aux fan and blower motor and power windows and ac button doesn't work at all. None of the aux fan fuses are getting power and my blower motor and ac stuff don't seem to be getting power. my cig lighter is getting power tho. Someone please give me some insight on what might be going on with all this.:(:(:(:(

Fuse #20 is okay? Do you have another AC switch to try? They do go bad..

none of the fuses are blown and none of the aux fan fuse are getting power. it makes no sense to cause everything was working just fine before I swapped the trans in. Its weird everything else in my car works just fine other than thoughts things I said above.

That is likely to be a problem with the unloader control lead that attaches to the smallest lug on the starter solenoid. If the unloader control lead isn't grounded by the unloader switch in the starter, the power windows, and HVAC system will be disabled.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
