1995 525i, passenger seat died

What is the problem, I need some one to trouble shoot from 1000 miles away... Got skills?

I checked the fuses, and I tested the switch, all good... any idears?

All functions died or just one?

no functions work. the entire seat is dead, but the driver's side is fully functional.

thanks in advance, this is the only trouble i have had with this car, i love it!!
