    Stuck Glove Box

The glove box latch is broken on my 325e. I bought a new latch . Now I need to open my stuck glove box.
    Has anyone had this problem?
How did you fix it? Please any help is welcome. Thank You!

Look at the new latch and see how it works...Then take a couple of small screwdrivers and try to move the broken catches in the same direction the new latch operates. It'll take some fiddling and a few expletives but if you take your time it'll eventually open and hopefully you won't have damaged your glovebox door.

What does it look like right now? The latch on my glove box has been broken since I got the car. If yours looks like mine, then it is really easy. There is a verticle piece of metal on the either side of where the latch should be. In the middle, there is a curved metal finger that hangs down. I simply squeeze the finger to the right, towards one of the other metal pieces, and it pops open. It's very easy once you know how to do it. I'm not sure if I'm even going to fix it. It's my anti-theft feature for my glove gox.

If I break my latch off I should be able to open it? Right now everything looks right . The latch moves but the box stays shut
