should something shake around in it and make a clicking sound. and should i see the soloniod move when i move the set screw. could the ICV cause my car not to start?
Yes, the pluger will move when you shake it,.
I think the set screw adjusts how much air bypasses, doesnt move the solenoid.
I don't think it would cause it not to start. Crack the throttle open if in doubt.
