Rear Window Defroster

This is my first real post and I hope some one can help me out! My rear window defroster doesn't work. When I was checking the lines I discovered the one of the wires wasn't connected and the metal mounting tab is missing. Is there any way I can re-attach a connection to the window? If so, what kind of adhesive could I use? Thanks!

It needs to be resoldered to the window.
