Fan to work

Today my fan (for A/C) stopped on a restart. 2 hours later while driving it came back on all by itself. All fuses looked/checked good , What could the problem be ?? 91' 325 Ix Thanks

If you are talking about the HVAC blower, I'd suspect a problem with the fan control in the HVAC panel, the speed resistor, or the blower motor.

came across this(during a search) cuz my fan control in my HVAC doesnt work anymore. Is the fan speed control module in the HVAC panel a seperate piece that can be replaced, or is it part of the HVAC panel? Ive seen write-ups to remove HVAC, but none have shown if you can just replace the fan control if needed

The fan control switch in the HVAC panel is a separate item.

I plan on replacing this first since its the easiest. Hopefully, thats the problem. It simply just didnt work one day...
