My oil service light is stuck on, 89 325ic, even when keys are not in ignition... I am a noob at electrical stuff. Anyone know a good place to start for looking for a short? Ive never even taken a cluster out so this oughta be interesting.

yeah, it didnt work. Previous owner swapped out the gauge cluster, I wonder if he hooked up a plug or wire incorrectly.Last edited by naplesE30; 07-31-2010, 02:15 PM.Comment

That is probably a bad SI board in the cluster.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
