My blinkers stay on after I turn and I have to turn them off manually. Is there something I adjust or do I need to replace somthing?

Sounds like either the blinker return piece on either the stalk or the wheel is broken. Pull the steering wheel off and inspect it; you'll be able to figure it out once you look at it.
