    No spark

    It was working fine just yesterday and all of a sudden i go to start it so i can drive to school and there was no spark it just keeps cranking fuel is getting to the engine i checked that out but its liek the spark plugs dont want ot spark

      whats that and how does it look and where is it??? and what do i have to do to it can i temporarily bypass it or something ?

        Why don't you start by telling us what year, make, and model you have.

        Its safe to assume you have a BMW e30, but beyond that.... we aren't mind readers.

            check your cap, rotor, and plugs if you hvn't replaced them and your wires.

              they are all good i think the probelm is electrical so what things electrical could be involved with not letting my engine start? and what could it be anything from under my steering wheele that has to do with this area

                why under your steering wheel. check your relays. also check your power to your distributor.

                  Your crank sensors should be underneath, two of them going into the driver side of your manual transmission (I assume). Follow the leads to where the connectors are (my 85' e had them mounted on top of the valve cover). Your leads may be secured elsewhere due to production date differences. Make sure to keep track of which one plugs into which, you can accidently mix them up. Also, disconnect and see if the connectors have broken due to heat over the years. My connectors were broken a little, so I replaced, and it solved my problem.

                    My car is an Automatic and i am getting the crank censors replaced this monday. and i also somehow broke my front stableizing bar could this have affected anything?

                      how'd you break your front sway bar? yes that will make it handle like ass, but it wont effect your engine.

                        i was trying to be a rally champ and i took my car on some pretty crappy roads :roll: but i didnt notice a difference cuz i think it broke just before i got home and it was holding i am not concerned about that though i can get that fixed no problem my main concern is trying to get the car to start

                          Did you check the oil pan? You may have broken that.
