Gauge cluster not working, only speedo, and no climate control

Just started happening yesterday. Everything works for about 5 seconds after starting the car then nothing but the speedo works. Everything still lights up, but nothing is working (not even check light). The climate controls don't work either, same story. All happening at once. Any idea?

Check the fuses.

I plan on it once it cools down today, but how would a blown fuse let it all work momentarily and then cut off everytime. If a fuse is blown then its blown, there is no good and bad..
