im sure this hose has been replaced by several people, could you tell me if it is #8 on this pg?

the one on my car that is cracked, it goes from the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator(?) i believe. It goes across the valve cover on the pass side. very small thin hose. i can not find part #'s and ive been searchin awhile. help is appreciated.
edit: is it sold by the meter? if so is it a 3.5 mm hose? im just looking on pelican right now..
