I got a problem, Im new to e30s and I just bought an 87 325is but the turn signals don't work, when I move the stalk either up or down a hear a clicking noise like its signaling really fast but nothing lights up and when the lights are on at night they flicker once i try to use the turn signals? any suggestions or info?

Are you getting a dash light? Since you just got the car... Have you replaced the bulbs?

Like said above, replace the bulbs. They tend to get a varnish on the contacts after sitting awhile. The relay for the turn signals is located steering column shroud.Comment

No I just got the car so I haven't done anything to it. Ill search for a thread to see about changing the bulbs, unless you don't mind pointing me in the right direction. Can I get the relay at any auto parts store?Comment
