Just make sure I am not missing anything so Ill ask here. I have a 40 amp momentary aux accessory I want to run without overloading the system.

Opening the unloaded relays while the car is running is safe and will just disable the windows and HVAC systems. But if your load is momentary, you won't overload the system. The battery will supply surge current, in necessary.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
