do cabrio seats recline all the way back?

My last cab had black sport seats and both seats reclined all the way back to the rear seats, but someone smashed into that car and now I have a cab with beige sport seats and both seats only recline a little and then the stop at the same place.

Oh and also, a metal cable has been disconnected from underneath my passenger seat and the seat no longer slides back. I tried reconnecting it but I had little luck.

There are plastic tabs that prevent cab seats from fully reclining.These pieces can be pryed out with a screwdriver after you remove the backrest cover.
