brake lining light- diagnosis , already replace sensors, don't want to pull bulb

I don't want to remove the bulb and would like to diagnose why the light is still on. There is continuity at both sensors. Plus, I changed out the sensors with other spare sensors and the light still stays on. How do I check to make sure the wiring is working properly? Thanks.

dirty or corroded female terminals? When I bought one of my cars the PO stated the pads were done. He failed to mention the sensors were removed and the connector exposed to the elements.

With the key on, are you getting 12v at the connector for the front sensor?

No, 12v. How do I diagnose rear problem or front problem? Thanks

Check continuity from the instrument cluster's C1-21 to C2-26 pins. If there is continuity there the fault lies in the cluster. Otherwise there is a wiring fault in the sensor circuits.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

jlevie is right again, (I think hes a robot to be honest).

But, Since your already screwing around with sensors, check for 12v at the rear sensor. If its not there, there's a resistor in the cluster that is particularly fond of suddenly becoming "well-done". A 220 ohm resistor of greater wattage should fix you right up.

I did not have continuity between blue 21 and white 26. How do I tell if the wiring fault is in the front or rear?
