Blinkers don't blink

So like the title says. My blinkers work but do not blink when my signal is locked to one side or the other? Im in highschool an not much of an electrician. What should i look at? Could it be a kind of fuse or something?

its either a relay that attached to the turn signal switch/stalk or the stalk itself. Just buy a used stalk w/ the relay intact. Swap it out Did the trick for me on my 1st e30.

ok ill check on that. im pulling parts from a buddys 91 325i so he should have one

Could also be a ground issue. If the ground at one of the lights is bad, the light will ground through the second filament and not flash.

Alright. So if i use a ABS and OBC lever will it still work in my 325e? its an 85. It doesn't have ABS but it does have the 13 button OBC
