Help Please!

I have a 87 vert that is becoming hard to fix.. When the car warms up it has rough idle and when you punch the gas and get to 3-4 rpm it hesitates. Please forgive me, but not a mechanic. new to all this. So far i have replaced O2 SENSOR,TEMP SENSOR,PLUGS,WIRES,SWAPPED THE AFM. Could be fuel related but not sure!!!.. Changed the fuel filter about 5k ago.I dont have a CAT. The car runs rich also i think . I'm just Confused!!!!! there is no check light that comes on either. I know someone is in a helping mood.

Find a shop that can run a smoke test on the intqake and fix the leaks it reveals. Then run through the fuel system tests in the Bentley. And check the operation & adjustment of the TPS.
