    'big six' motor mounts

    i was on bimmerforums and someone mentioned using 'big six' 5/6/7 motor mounts to avoid the catastrophe associated w M20 mounts -- can anyone comment ?

      Just order some of the urethane mounts from IE.

        You need E12 530i or 528i mounts. They have 2 locator nipples, E30s only use one, so cut one off. They are the same size but a stiffer material and thus last longer.
