Just about any auto parts house will have an assortment of crush washers. Just pick one that fits the oil drain plug.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

last time i went to my local bmw dealer they just gave me one.. its a item used daily so they have tons.. but the other options above seem just as good..

BMWs use 12mm drain plugs and you should be able to find the crush washers at most auto parts stores.
