    sparco strut bar install......

...how many of you have installed the 3 rd bolt that is placed HORIZONTALLY into strut tower?
.....I have just put a hex head bolt in there but have not nutted it...I guess you have to drop strut to nut it right?....
I am running camber plates which put my springs close to inner fender, have any of you noticed any rubbing/catching of spring coils on this bolt/ nut combo?..thanks, if it wasnt for this board I never would've had my suspension done!

with stock suspension on my '87 325is, I was able to install the 3rd bolt/nut with no problem.

I am also interested in this. It looks very tight and I 'm wondering if I can get the bolt into the hole from inside the wheel well to have the lower profile head there or if there is enough room to have the nut and bolt protrude into the wheel well without interfering with something.

..even thoughI put the bolt thru INTO the fender, I like Steve's idea once I get it done properly......placing the bolt head (lower profile) on the INSIDE of fender........its just so much easier to not even use this 3 rd bolt...but it seems a good idea for hi lateral forces.....
