    e36 radiator in an e30

    Will the e36 radiator with the built in resevoir tank work in the e30 cars.

    This would clean up the engine bay by getting rid of the tank on the passenger side.

    I need to replace mine so might as well upgrade if I can

          I have an e36 radiator in my car, although it doesn't have the built in end tanks. But it shouldn't be that much different so I can't see why it wouldn't.

                  Just FYI: E36 radiators are the most failure prone BMW radiator out there. The upper hose neck lasts about 50-60k miles before you're out $350 for another radiator.

                  E30 radiators on the other hand last at least double that milage and cost less.
