    Late model radiator

Is buying a used one okay. Do you think I would have any leaking problems with the used one

It's a gamble.... is it possible to buy a good used car, computer, tv? Yes, and it's also possible to buy one with problems.

I've bought a used one before for my 318i when a brand new one failed at the seams day before autocross, bavarian is 15 minutes away from and they do offer warranty on used parts so it wasn't a big deal.

A used radiator is nothing but a roll of the dice. You might get lucky and get one that doesn't leak, isn't half plugged, and works for a while. Or not... While the used radiator can be tested for leaks, that says nothing about how long it will last.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
