What terminal tool do I need for fusebox replacement? Screw drivers aren't working.

I've got a new fusebox for my car as the old one melted down due to a previous owner bridging the 30amp with an alarm system.

    Amazon has 2 tools:

    and

I'm assuming i need the gold one as the other specifically states that it works for GM.

Has anyone done this before that can help me? Otherwise I'm going to order both. Its getting cold and I need a working Blower Fuse for heat.

Really both are useful for the fusebox.

The green one is better at the fuse terminals, the red one at the relay terminals. Neither are great though they will do the job.
