Bat stuff crazy door locks

I have a 87 325 e built in 7/86 with central locking thats going nuts. These are her symptoms. It gets worse on cold days.

1. drivers door
When you unlock the driver's door all the locks go up and down for 5sec's then stop. Tonight it acted like it was jamed up i could not open the door at all. the inside handle and lock pull where stuck. I had to crawl in and out the passanger side. Its working now.

2. trunk
It works like it should with regards to the doors.
But some times the latch gets stuck and the trunk lid won't open

3. gas filler door
no problem

4. passenger door
hard to turn the key some times you can't.

I think its something in the passenger door.So that sums it up any ideas?

central locking control unit is probably bad. located behind the drivers side speaker panel below the speaker. long black box. Passenger door key lock may just need lubrication or rebuilding. door lock actuators aren't a very common problem but once you change the control unit then test the locks.
