'inspection' warning light on after recently serviced

I'm not sure what this warning light is for, the car was serviced a month ago when the green squares disapeared and it got to the yellow and red squares, got it serviced and squares reset, a month later this light comes on.

All the green lights and Inspection being on can be a symptom of bad batteries in the SI board. A reset of the SI won't clear the Inspection warning (or it'll come back almost immediately) if that's the case.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Most likely the SI board batteries. But on rare occasions where the environment you are exposing the car to over extensive periods will cause the car to cycle through the lights more quickly then under normal conditions.

True. But it looks like all of the green lights are on, which shouldn't be the case if the Inspection interval had been reached.
